The shoes are great the fit is terrible

You need to change them. I ordered a size up and they still fit snug. I applied them and by the end of the night I had blisters bleeding. I have to use a stretcher and cushioning foam to properly shape the shoes. Don't get me wrong, they're great and I've had a lot of compliments, but you can't just wear them. You can hurt yourself.

Pros
