100% non-waterproof! Unless the company sent me the wrong product, the item is not waterproof at all, not even close. I've had this thing for at least 4 months and my older dog hasn't had any accidents so I've never been able to test if it's waterproof or not and I really didn't think I'd have to do a water test I trusted the description and reviews. Today she had an accident on the couch and everything went through. I noticed it right away, so he wasn't sitting there. I was wondering why when I looked at the tread there wasn't a puddle on it and the top was only slightly wet and then I felt the bottom of it and it got wet. I felt the chair and it got wet too. I'm sooo mad! My couch is now destroyed as I took precautions to protect it. The protector hasn't even been washed yet, so it's definitely not a problem with the wrong washing method.
