Problem: I have several high temperature probes for my Kamado Joe grill that use a similar alligator clip. It is convenient to attach them to the dome thermometer to measure the temperature of the dome. But grilling at very high temperatures (like baking pizza) destroys the metal of the alligator clip in one cooking process. So these are unique ways to solve the problem. Note: Type K air temperature sensor for Fireboard 2 Pro. For electronic purposes I would choose something else, it would be in the trash category.
