Packaging was one of my problems, as many reviewers pointed out. My package arrived in good condition! I really like the smell and the softness of the hair after use. I use it as a conditioner or once a week as a treatment so I leave it on for 10-15 minutes. I also recommend it to my colleagues and they love the product a lot too.
