I was really concerned about the size because many reviews of other adult protection products complain that they are too small even for small adults. I'm a 5'8" female, 175 pounds with medium leg width and plenty of room. I don't think it would be difficult for an adult. The hard shell over the knees and elbows is larger giving you more support and protection I purposely fell on my arm and knee a few times to test the pads and I felt very little impact on my knees and wrists on the hard tile and I am osteoarthritis I have never been in my life able to kneel comfortably it's a game changer I guess we'll see how good they are after a good tear down but until then thumbs up.
