I was so impressed with the way this product was packaged and delivered. The shelf is packed in a box, in which several glasses are fixed on the shelves in foam packaging. The remaining cans were secured in foam wrappers on top of the rack and the entire crate placed in a second crate. Not a single glass broke. I had 7 caps with dents. It would be nice to replace them if possible. They still work, just spoil the look of the rack. It's a long shelf, but not too long for my table, and sits under the microwave and opposite the stovetop so spices don't get hot and are easily accessible for cooking. It will take time to fill all the glasses, but I'm working on it and it's a great way to start the year a little more organized!
