I purchased this art supplies organizer to do just that - organize my pastels, pens, pencils, etc. It has six drawers with fixed compartments. Upon arrival, the top drawer is locked closed and cannot be opened at all. The 2nd and 3rd drawers can be forced open only an inch or two and then close only with a lot of force. The bottom 3 drawers work as expected. Returning this item is impossible for me. During this time of COVID, I do not go to stores of any type and don't even know if the return options the seller provided are open at this time, which is moot anyway. It is clearly not worth exposing myself to the risk of COVID to return an item that clearly cannot be used by anybody. Direct contact with the seller appears to be impossible. I am very unhappy with the item and with the seller.
