I was very disappointed when these shoes arrived. They were crushed and deformed by the packaging. I have never received a pair of shoes without proper packaging inside the shoe to prevent damage. Unfortunately my daughter was by my side when I opened the package and she is in love with her. My 3 year old was devastated when I said I would send him back and begged me not to. I agreed, stuffed them with wrapping paper and placed them in front of the heater to try to reshape them. They look a little better this morning but my daughter had to wear them today. Tonight they will be packed again. I only give them two stars because my daughter loves them, cute style and most importantly great protector. They reduce the risk of slipping. Ultimately you get what you pay for. Next time I will pay extra money for quality shoes.
