This was fairly easy to use. I was able to get it on by myself. You do need to be careful about getting the strap tight and making sure the plastic is laying flat under it. I'm at the smallest size to fit the large glove, and there was quite a bit of extra material around my upper arm to gather. The first time I used it, some water got in. Fortunately it wasn't enough to get inside the PICC line incision, it simply moistened the top of the tape. I gave it a second try and really took my time and had no problems after that. I reused the same glove three times. It only comes with one strap, so don't throw it out if you have a multi-pack of gloves!
