I received this hair dryer and tested it right away. I have thick curly hair so I was looking for a quick drying blow dryer with a diffuser that is easy to use. This blow dryer is amazingly powerful and dried my hair in minutes. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because the diffuser gets so hot that you need a towel to grab it if you want to take it off to use it without it. 2 Hair dryer smells burned when switched on. And the last is the cold button, which is the first so loud and should have been the last button on the panel. Good hair dryer but could use some improvement.
