I like the look of this jug but I'm not sure about the heat on the stove. The instructions that came with it were for an insulated metal beverage container, not this glass pitcher! I've tried it on the stovetop and it seems to work fine, but it can't be that hard to pack with the right instructions. The lid was tight when I first used it but now it's loose and I press down on it when pouring, but that's what the Revain website says. . When cleaning the neck gets tight for my hands, I use the bottle washer that comes with it and it's been fine.
