This case is built to withstand any kind of abuse. Supplied in quantities of 3 pieces. The top and bottom are made of plastic, and once aligned, the tablet slides in between and snaps securely into place. The third element is made of rubber and encloses the back and sides. The cover is thick but comfortable and fits my needs perfectly and it doesn't slip out of my hands. The footrest is on the back so you can view portrait or landscape. I didn't want the kind of book cover that was taken away. My tablet is unattended all the time.
