Our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee had an awkward knock on the right front side. Several mechanics suggested that this was due to wear on the control levers. To solve this problem we had to replace the lower and upper arms as well as the strut support cover. I was also told that the replacement parts are not as good as the original parts and other mechanics swear they all come from the same place. We took a chance because this part is about half the price of a genuine MOPAR part. Overall, the part does its job, the noise is completely gone, and the Cherokee's suspension now feels brand new. I'll update in about 10,000 miles to see how it works.
