Inappropriate packaging spoils a decent table

The table is inexpensive, so the leaves are a bit warped, but for such a price, of course, it would be acceptable. However, the packaging was so inadequate that it had scratches on the top, cut and dented corners on several items, and scratches. It was assembled by workers before any damage was noticed as the box opens upside down. To get a refund or return it I'd have to take it apart and repackage it - and there's no reason to think the next one will arrive safe and sound. I think the table is probably a good product but it's not. seem safe enough for transport.
