I never thought I would spend so much on a hair dryer but I was desperate for a hair dryer that didn't hurt my ears. It was recommended to me by a friend who saw it at a show. I like the multiple modes to adjust warmth and intensity. I have thick, long hair and am not a morning person. This dries my hair in minutes without making it insanely frizzy. Also, I no longer have to plug my ears with cotton swabs while drying my hair! I've been using it for a few months now, use it several times a week and am still very happy with it.
