Upset and disappointed, the product is very bad!

On December 26th, I purchased it as a replacement for the Logitech G102 (doubleclick appeared after 2 years). After using it for a day, my fingers started to get tired because the keys were too close together; I tried to return it, but they sent me a message referring to the opening of the package and the loss of presentation. After using it for a couple of days, I finally attached an old mouse. Because of this, the month of January was completely canceled. On February 1st, the old one went entirely kaput, and we attached the new one. After four days, I was finally able to adjust to the tight keys and the new shape. On February 10th, the sensor stopped working properly. There is no use in getting in touch with them because they will forward your concern to a service center. After working my way through the unfavorable reviews, I was able to locate a solution that included a link to flashing the mouse. earned, then refunded. I have no idea how long this will last. But, I placed an order for a new G102 on Amazon.com. I should have kept this one for myself because it's a shame that I gave away 3600. But I won't be taking anything else from the hyper because, with such bugs on the software component, this mouse is not worth 4,000 dollars.

Pros
  • construction and components.
Cons
  • The form is awkward, and the keys have a tight click. Awful piece of software. A faulty software for a mouse not only fails to recognize the input device on a consistent basis but also forgets the language it was written in.
