Great product to keep track and communicate w vehicles
I like that you can see my car loading status, what truck driver it was assigned too etc online with just one click of button! It's so easy for me as an owner/operator or dispatch manager when i don't want do deal directly wtih drivers & carriers anymore but still need them working under our contract terms (i guess). When they are not doing their job properly we have issues getting paid in time - sometimes even late at times which causes us problems paying bills such as rent / mortgage payments due date comes around without enough money coming into account each month! We also dont get reimbursed very quickly if any damage happens during transit either by accidently pushing wrong buttons while driving OR intentional damaging goods being transported along way causing extra costs compared ot normal transport cost rate per mile driven. !!
- I like the fact that i can see my drivers loading status on the screen and also see the status of my loads online too!
- I dislike that the system is very slow and sometimes the system is down for long periods of time which makes it difficult to work on the system
