Decent as a back up or for prominate sounds only.

It works. I needed a back up and didn't want to spend a ton to get one. It is just that. If you need to listen for lung sounds they better be prominate, of your listening to cardio beyond "that sounds normal" look else where.

Pros

The tunable AFD technology allows for better detection of heart murmurs, lung sounds, and bowel sounds, enabling accurate diagnosis

Cons

Causes pain and discomfort in ear canal
