I've been wearing these for 3 nights and have noticed that my deep sleep has increased. I really think there's something about all the bright lights we see everywhere. Some of them I can't control because they are in the hallways of the apartment building where I live. Also, when I go outside, I see streetlights and car headlights. These goggles make all those lights really nice and warm. They are too big for my face and go past my ears so should fit you if you have a big head. I was going to send them back because they were too big, but kept them because it was too expensive to send back. I hate when that happens. :( Last but not least, I'm not entirely sure about the "fashionable" comment in the title - am I? No, they're not trendy. But overall I'm happy with them because they seem to do what I wanted .
