I bought this tape to use on my bike to make it more visible from the side at night. They shine very brightly, but first they need to be charged under the light. Daylight makes them brighter. You can save some money before Halloween by making bracelets and necklaces out of them, or putting the pieces in their costumes and then hanging them under a lamp before they put them on for a treat. You may need to use additional glue if you want to use them on shoes. They give you a lot for your money!
