Benefits: Small and lightweight. The siren is so annoying that nearby people check where the sound is coming from. Cons: You can't lock or unlock this device unless it emits a deafening siren. You cannot unlock your bike without turning on this alarm. This makes me doubt the use of this lock. I felt pain in my ears as I leaned over to try and put the barrel key in the hole. It's unlettered, so if you don't get it right the first time, you'll be crouched with this thing screaming right in your ears. It's not a starter, I'm sending it back.
