The best aspect of icaris is that it has very high customizability, so we can easily set up an advanced system for our needs and can quickly change it as required. Also there's a nice support structure with multiple resources in case of problems or issues. There are few aspects which aren't so user-friendly (eg setting alerts). The features I dislike the most is time-consuming tasks like creating a new report etc. - It takes too long to get things done by creating them manually. I think if you're used to having all your info stored only at 1 place then go for this because it may take some time acclimatise yourself for this but it will be worth it in the end.- Easy to track time spent on projects in different ways- Easy project-wise budgeting and monitoring of activities and progress- easy reporting and approval of budgets. The program is simple to use. There are many options for customization that allows you to easily manage your budget and funds within each project or campaign. I would like to be able to add more fields to my database as well as have more flexibility with dates. With this system it has been very easy to track our donations from donors and volunteers both online and offline. It also helps us keep records of our projects which greatly increases accountability.
