I ordered on and it fit me just right so I was in need of a smaller size. I contacted customer support and they were so quick to respond. They are now sending me a size smaller like I am needing. Aside from that, I love the material of the belt. I definitely reccomend it for others to purchase.UPDATE: I had originally payed for 1 day shipping but when I got the wrong size customer service told me they would send me a new one the correct size but that it would take 10-25 business days to arrive. I told them that wouldn't work for me so they said they would send me a refund and to just reorder the belt through amazon so I can get my 1 day shipping again. New belt came in a size smaller like I asked. I was able to clip it onto the first setting but halfway through the gym it already felt like it could be tightened even more. I was able to clip it onto the final setting 20 minutes after putting it on which shouldn't be a thing because it had just came in and would only fit in the first setting when I had originally tried it on. This belt stretches very quickly and doesn't do what it's suppose to do.
