This waist trainer is the best, not only for support but eases my chronic back pain. I'm on my second one, from a XL, to a L & looking forward to continue losing weight and inches. It's comfortable to wear around the house and even to sleep with it on. I use a little heat lotion under it to help quickly sooth my back pain. I like the hook closure and the 3 levels of hooks that show progress. It does not ride or roll up and stays perfectly in place.

So I am a size 36 waist and I had the dilemma of either getting an xl or an l, and I got the large and it fit very well! Adds good lower back support and makes me look much slimmer. I recommend wearing it over an underarmor tank top under your shirt, or anything. I wore it over a compression tank top and it was very comfortable.

Edit: I love the way it fits however I got an allergic reaction to it. At first it wasn’t a problem, I decided to wear it longer and I had to take it off because it became itchy. I ordered on and it fit me just right so I was in need of a smaller size. I contacted customer support and they were so quick to respond. They are now sending me a size smaller like I am needing. Aside from that, I love the material of the belt. I definitely reccomend it for others to purchase.UPDATE: I had originally payed for 1 day shipping but when I got the wrong size customer service told me they would send me a new one the correct size but that it would take 10-25 business days to arrive.

This is a great product but it was not what I wad looking for in a waist trimmer. I contacted the company with my concerns and they addressed them with different solutions to meet my, the customer, needs. Product is great , I started the return and refund process because there was no way for me to get it together , but then someone who knows about how to wear tight corcets explained to me that I have to start from the top and go down and I did it and it is working , TIGHT AS HELL ! but that's the purpose , I was trying to get it together from the bottom going up and that is IMPOSSIBLE !

i must admit that so far this item has been amazing! its helped me in my weight loss incredibly. Once this one doesn't fit as tight anymore i will be purchasing a new smaller size (should be looking at a month or so) I started off on the largest size and currently i'm on the smallest. I love this Waist Trainer. I ordered the XL and it fits me perfectly. I walked 3 miles with it on today and it was like wearing a second skin. It helped in keeping my lower back supported where I needed it most. I was able to feel the difference as soon as I removed it when I arrived home. My belly remained flat for the next hour. I have been using the waist trainer for about a month and have been very satisfied so far. Initially, it was a challenge putting in on but now I have found a nice rhythm and it takes less than 30 seconds to do so. I normally do not use a waist trainer or weight belt while working out but using this product has definitely made a difference especially while doing kettlebell workouts. I have a 34 inch waist and ordered a large but will soon need to order a medium.
