Definitely NOT true to size!
Be sure to read other reviews! Ordered XL depending on height I'm between 12-14 or ML. The sleeves are VERY tight. Painfully zip up, it will be difficult to put on a bikini top underneath, it's a little see-through. Husband loves it but it looks more like a wetsuit than a rashguard. I have a feeling it will burst at any moment.
