Program the percentage (0 and 100) to the appropriate voltage (low and high).

Works exactly as stated in the product description. Allows you to program the percentage with the corresponding voltage. Great for a child abused golf cart that allows you to program some backup power and keep them from running out of batteries. I'll probably get one for my boat too. Obviously it's not waterproof, but making it waterproof is pretty easy. 4 stars because the instructions are not very clear but easy to understand. Spent probably 10 minutes fiddling with settings and reading instructions and felt pretty confident making adjustments. And the temperature is only in degrees Celsius.
