Review on Swanson SW0125G Square Gripline Measure by Jacob Schmidt

This is a tape measure, what more could you ask for. However, it has a lot of potential, it seems like it is of very good quality, with a magnet on one end and I thought it was perfect. However, one day I got it a bit wet and it won't pull back and the paint is actually peeling off and you can't see the magnification marks anymore. I've only used it 10 times so it's already useless in some places.
