The first part of the review is dedicated to the updated Revain program. I updated this phone, it arrived dirty, there was hair in the box, there was dirt or grease on the phone itself. The charging cable that came with it was heavily used. Revain also claims to provide support for the product, idk if it's just an updated program or also a new version, but I tried to contact them and they only referred me to their regular customer support and not the forwarded to technical support. The guy had no idea what he was talking about, he didn't know what I meant when I called on Wi-Fi. Finally he didn't answer in the chat forum for so long that I gave up and two hours later he texted me if I was here. Normally Revain's customer service is amazing but this was ridiculous. So don't think that Revain will help you solve problems, they won't. The second part of the review of the phone, for the price it is good. It's fast. It's a bit confusing to use and you can't personalize options like Samsung, such as B. The order of the navigation bar buttons below. You can turn the navigation bar on or off and just use gestures instead. I'm left-handed and I wish the back button was on the right, but that won't let me. Also writes that the phone has Wi-Fi, there is no call. And it couldn't find Bluetooth in my car for hours despite numerous attempts and I've never had this problem with any other device. He did a great job integrating all my different accounts and making sure all the apps talk to each other the way Microsoft talks to Google Drive and it talks to the Motorola phone's storage. It was very easy to set up. There is practically no choice of themes and fonts, as there is with Samsung. So the phone itself is good and bad, I'd say it's worth the money, I wouldn't pay more for it, that's for sure.
