I had 6 filament holders with no bulbs in my cabinets that I wanted to replace. Finally managed to find someone to install them yesterday. 5 out of 6 works great. You open the door and the light comes on. The light is very bright, even on the 3K warm white setting, so you can see everything you need to see. The timers are set to 30 seconds, after which they turn off. They are ideal for updating fixtures in switchless cabinets. The master who installed them liked them so much that he bought them for his home. The only light that doesn't work as advertised is that it doesn't turn on unless something is directly underneath it, and even then it doesn't always turn on. Lesson learned, don't wait to install or you'll miss the return window like me.
