My tires are 33 inches. These sizes 33-35 fit perfectly. Elasticated piping at the back ensures the front stays smooth and neat without wrinkling. A strap on the back is not always necessary unless there is a strong wind. No matter what I do, they're a bit tricky to attach to the rear dual tires. The straps were fastened at the front bottom instead of the back, at least the straps could then be tightened. Therefore it is a bit difficult to connect the buckles and almost impossible to tighten the straps on the rear wheels. But still a great product for the price and for the most part the strap is not needed.
