This is a truly amazing anti-fatigue mat. I have stood on anti-fatigue mats at work for many years and this one is 100% better than any I have stood on. It's very comfortable and I never get tired of standing on it which I can't believe as I have a really hard time finding comfortable shoes because my feet hurt so easily. I love this rug and use it in front of my kitchen sink. The only reason I gave this rug four stars instead of five was that it moves across the floor very easily - it doesn't stay in place. I know it has a "non-slip bottom" but it's really annoying to have to keep moving it to where I want it. I don't even move too much in the kitchen for the carpet to move that much lol but I don't know it just moves too much. Otherwise this is a great rug and I would recommend it.
