I bought this after converting it into a standing desk (using cinder blocks. $8 vs. $200 :)) I have a soft carpet in my office, but mine Knees and hips started hurting hrs. After purchasing this rug it made a HUGE difference. I can easily stand for 10 hours (not that I really WANT to). The size fits me, and I've had no problems with chairs or stools leaving dents (they usually go away in 10-15 minutes). or a similar tool will do the job just fine.

I bought this mat and a Cumulus Commercial / Pro (twice the price of this Keeble mat) to compare. This is a bit thicker and noticeably softer. Very comfortable to wear in stockings/barefoot, but too "soft" for my everyday table use. It seems worth it, looks well constructed. The only possible downside was the weird upside down logo and pattern printed on the top, apparently caused by them being stacked on top of each other during storage? In any case, this does not affect the functionality.

I bought this item for my wife a few weeks ago and we only used it last night. The item is exactly as described and she loves the way it feels, but the word Keeble is clearly visible on the top of the rug and the print looks like it was written by a first grader.
