I bought this after converting it into a standing desk (using cinder blocks. $8 vs. $200 :)) I have a soft carpet in my office, but mine Knees and hips started hurting hrs. After purchasing this rug it made a HUGE difference. I can easily stand for 10 hours (not that I really WANT to). The size fits me, and I've had no problems with chairs or stools leaving dents (they usually go away in 10-15 minutes). or a similar tool will do the job just fine.
