This is the mat I've been looking for. I wanted to get my ass off and burn calories by standing and moving on my computer in my studio. The 3/4 inch padding makes standing on your legs, back and feet for hours a lot easier. I love the look of this rug. I expect it to last since I'm the only user and. I don't wear high heels. Funny, I've been doing squats and Kegel exercises. This is an added bonus for me. I also like the wipeable surface, although I don't eat or drink in my studio, splatters of paint on the easel can end up on the mat.
