It is very sensitive and responsive and has a nice display. When setting up, I had to call tech support, who responded quickly and spoke in perfect English. It was user error (I just had to reconnect the USB cable). This worked great for our custom application, which has very large on-screen buttons that can be clicked. It also generally works well with thinner applications. The touchscreen turns on a little slowly at startup. But otherwise the response is good. Remember that the only input is VGA. For our application this is not a problem, although we would like to have DVI as an option.
