Great for bodyweight training
This is the second time I have bought this training set. When I had to stop going to the gym due to COVID, I bought this device and used it at home. It has helped me a lot to stay in shape during quarantine. When the quarantine was lifted and I returned to the gym, I passed all my home gym equipment on to my grandchildren. So now I'm not in the gym anymore and have to work out at home. I bought this, a pull up bar on a door frame, and I'm training at home again.
