I like that it is easy enough for non-techies in my organization (nonprofits) but also has advanced features if needed by more tech savvy users/teams as well! It's free so there are no additional costs or licenses required beyond what we already have - which makes this an ideal solution because of our limited budget at times compared other solutions out today such as Survey Monkey etc., where cost per user can be quite high depending upon how many people need access from within one account vs having multiple accounts across different teams / organizations when budgets allow us not too do otherwise given time constraints sometimes during implementation phases). We've been able use Verbrate since its launch last year now without any issues thus far; however some minor enhancements would make things easier overall including better mobile experience via app updates & design improvements along those lines could help improve.
