This product is preinstalled. Connect and work.

I have a client who built an additional office across the street from the current one. Instead of digging under a paved road to install fiber, they wanted to create a network from a point-to-point bridge device. I ordered a KUWFi kit. He claims that it goes up to 1 km. I don't know, but he hit 150 yards perfectly. There was almost no installation. I just connected an ethernet cable from the modem/router to one of the ports on the router, to the WAN port, and to the main bridge. Then, in the same office across the room, I connected the WAN port of the power supply and the LAN port to my laptop's Ethernet port. He had instant access to every computer, printer, copier, etc. on the network. I then drove my car to the new office and placed the bridge in the window seal (I placed both master and slave inside the window seal). both offices, they could see each other selectively, so no equipment had to be installed outside). Connect the WAN port to the power adapter and the other port to a 5-port switch that goes to two computers over ethernet and to a copier over ethernet. Worked great. You don't need WiFi in this office. If you need it, you can get a hotspot, or it can do it by itself. I am not sure. I didn't need wifi. I ran an XFinity speed test and it turned out to be almost the same as connecting directly to the modem itself. I hope this helped but it was too easy.
