This is my best friend in the oven. i am not a chef I can cook very well, but I don't like to cook anymore. This saves me time and effort. Everyone liked my turkey. I put aluminum foil on the floor and cook the ribs. They're delicious without being sticky. If I forget to use foil, I just fill it 1/4 full with water and pop it in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes. Anything that sticks is simply wiped off with a paper towel. I have found my ribs cook faster because of the lid. So test your food until you get used to it. I bake chicken and even add fresh veggies. I love food from a pan. That's a great price. I bought this for Thanksgiving 2016 and use it all the time.
