Bought for my mom at Kitchen & Dining

It was just me and my mom for most of my life. She was a single mother and I was her only child. When I moved out, she said I could take half of her things with me (after all, when I'm gone, it's only her). Apparently half of her belongings didn't include her granite braziers. Oops. 6 years after I moved in she told me she wanted one for her birthday. So since I took them both I went ahead and bought her 2 spares. medium and large.

Very disappointed. on roasting trays

This arrived without packaging material so that the lid and the tray did not rub against each other. The enamel has been scraped off due to improper packaging. Worst of all, when I grabbed the handle on the lid to set it on the pot, the rough spot pricked my finger. It was bad enough, but the lid didn't fit properly and was either warped or slightly dented. The pan also had minor dents that must have appeared before the enamel was fired onto it. I bought it because it was made in the USA andโ€ฆ

My new best friend in the oven.

This is my best friend in the oven. i am not a chef I can cook very well, but I don't like to cook anymore. This saves me time and effort. Everyone liked my turkey. I put aluminum foil on the floor and cook the ribs. They're delicious without being sticky. If I forget to use foil, I just fill it 1/4 full with water and pop it in the oven at 350 for about 10 minutes. Anything that sticks is simply wiped off with a paper towel. I have found my ribs cook faster because of the lid. So test yourโ€ฆ

A great upgrade for an aluminum foil mold! BIG!

I don't know why I've been using those flimsy disposable aluminum pans and foil paper my entire life to make baked chicken. I have to say that the isolation from Covid has made me go to the kitchen more often at the moment and (briefly). So this pan helped me with my chicken game. Heat distribution is definitely an improvement on this pan. Needless to say, the end result is a moist and juicy top quality baked chicken made by the chef! Well, of course, you need to use the right spices for theโ€ฆ

Great frying pan at a great price!

This pot has been used for everything that can be baked in the oven: meat, vegetables and combos of all kinds. If your winter is essentially 6 months a year, as it is in western New York is, roasting is a way of life. and post-heating for your home. Before purchasing I was concerned about the lack of a frying rack to lift food from the pan, but as long as you keep a thin layer of moisture (water, cooking stock, etc.) on the bottom you shouldn't have a problem. Even when I ran out of water andโ€ฆ

I'm not a professional BUT 40+

I originally inherited an old brazier that looked like this - it was heavier but wasn't like this 60+ years ago. Then I bought her. I then bought another fully dressed one which was insanely expensive for once a year. and it's MISSING-BAD. All the wonderful droplets evaporated and the turkey came out dry. Came back to it and the results were the best of the 2. I'm 18 inches and have not roasted a turkey over 14 pounds. So I can't comment on a larger bird. perfect size for my needs i didn't useโ€ฆ
