
I don't know why I've been using those flimsy disposable aluminum pans and foil paper my entire life to make baked chicken. I have to say that the isolation from Covid has made me go to the kitchen more often at the moment and (briefly). So this pan helped me with my chicken game. Heat distribution is definitely an improvement on this pan. Needless to say, the end result is a moist and juicy top quality baked chicken made by the chef! Well, of course, you need to use the right spices for the flavor you want. I've found fresh rosemary, whole cloves, white wine, and lemon juice to be key β along with any other powdered spices you'd normally use to flavor baked chicken. For the first time in my life I have leftover chicken for breakfast lol. ok can't wait for dinner hehehehe well done maker of this pan!
