The screen is damaged. I have not received any returns.
Instructions difficult to follow. I could only get the TV to work because I already had the same one. When I plugged in the TV and started it up, I noticed that the screen was broken. There are 50 to 100 holes in the center of the screen as if someone damaged it on purpose. I have not received any documents to know how to return it for my money or exchange it for a new one.
