Budget Custom DIY Case

Advantages: 100% waterproof, non-slip and soft bottom, machine washable. This case is more than worth the money. Highly recommended. I have a 2016 Cadillac SRX. I read the dimensions before purchasing and knew in advance that I would not be able to use this product as designed. Instead of using this product for the cargo area, I folded the rear seats and used it for the rear seats and part of the cargo area. This gave my three dogs (35lbs, 45lbs, 65lbs) plenty of room to stretch out during a 4 hour car ride. As several other reviewers have pointed out, the included suction cups are small and flimsy. I went to the hardware store and bought some strong suction cups and tarp clips. I highly recommend it. Even when our 65-pound dog supported his full weight directly on the side panel, the tarp clips and suction cups didn't move. The suction cups cost me $3 and the tarp clips $6; Even considering their cost, the price of the case is worth it as you can actually create an inexpensive custom case. Our youngest puppy doesn't take long car rides well and ended up getting sick 4 times in the car. Travel. Not only did this cover protect my seats, but it was easy to clean on the go with bottled water and a couple of cloths from the glove box. When we got home I threw this blanket in the washing machine on the gentle cycle and it came out great. I hung it outside to dry and it looks brand new. I was very impressed by this cover. This was the puppies' first time driving in this car and I was horrified that they would scratch the door panels or puncture the backs of the leather seats. This case met my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone with an SUV.
