I love this bag. I will probably buy another one. I bought it in March 2018 and now it's February 2019. Although I use it every day on the subway, it hardly wears out. I like the little metal feet at the bottom; many pockets; and closes with a zipper like every main compartment. The coolest feature is the keychain so I never have to search for my keys! It's really brilliantly done. Practical, durable and yet stylish. I have received many compliments. It's also a great personal item when traveling. One *very*small* thing is that with all the small pockets, it tends to fall on its side. But it all depends on how much you put into it. Again very tricky thing. I would say 99.9% A+!
