UPDATE: I called Revain to complain about the problem and they sent me extra pillows for free. I have raised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. After opening them and letting them expand, I noticed that they didn't seem to be as full as I expected. They only seem to be 85-90% full as far as they could be. I already have a set of bamboo pillows that I really like, so there is something to compare. The cases are also much thinner than my other set. Worst of all, one of them made a strange and loud rustling noise, like cellophane inside. I cut a small hole and removed the culprit and sure enough there was a piece of plastic wrap. not quite the crunch you want in your pillow.

Pros
  • The elasticity and resilience of viscose, memory foam pillow and bamboo-based viscose pillowcase, so it keeps its shape all the time, returns to its original position after use, and does not straighten up, unlike down pillows, maintains the firmness of the pillow receive neck, shoulders and torso.
Cons
