touch screen. I hope my fingertips don't get cold as there doesn't seem to be any insulation on the tips of the index finger or thumb to allow for this feature. Seems to be of good quality and a bit long on the fingers as others have said. I usually wear XL gloves because of the long fingers (sometimes XXL) and I think the larger ones would be better/tighter for me as they stretch, but I'll leave the XL.
