Nightmarish quality and complete inconsistency with the description.
Hello. I usually prefer the premium segment technique, but then I decided not to show off, thinking that I only need to make smoothies, mashed potatoes, mashed soups, milkshakes. I thought, why choose especially, I’ll buy Tefal, they are so good, after all, a French company. I don't need a lot of power and features. But when, during operation, I realized that this blender would be subject to unsanitary conditions through no fault of mine, but because the manufacturer required and planned it, I was surprised. I want to return it now, but who will take it back from me?! I will send it for quality control, and from there the answer will come "these are the technical properties of the product, the device is working." If you are concerned about the cleanliness of your appliances, the ease of cleaning, do not take this appliance.
- Beautiful, gives the impression of reliability, well prepares mashed potatoes, grinds soft foods.
- Unsanitary conditions. Liquid food seeps into the inside of the blender, which cannot be washed unless taken apart by a service center. Knives out of reach for washing from the inside (why should I wash the knives only on one half? but how to wash the other half?). Ultimately, the blender should begin to rot leftover food over time. The engine oil (or whatever?), which was poured into the rotating blades by the manufacturer, is not washed out, the food is saturated with it, albeit not completely, but all the same. Could not cope with the apple cut into slices. You can’t wash one of the lids with which food will always come into contact (as the manufacturer wrote !), you can only wipe it with a sponge, but do not rinse with water!
