Cake spatulas are perfect! I don't like using more than one type of spatula when baking, so I use them for whipping (softened) butter and sugar when baking cakes. They work just as well as the cookie scoops recommended by Bosch, but they only do it in about 90 seconds instead of 2 minutes. The cakes I've baked are very light and airy, and that's because of the extra air the paddles bring. I love them and my blender in general!
