Review on 🚘 Black Driver Side Power Non-Heated Replacement Mirror for TOYOTA Tacoma - TYC 5290332 Compatible by Will Porter

This mirror was the right size and looked well made and was MUCH cheaper than what the dealer was asking for this part. a little misleading. If you own a Tacoma 05 or newer, you know that virtually all models and option packages come with flat (unpainted) black side mirrors that are the same texture/color as the rest of the truck's plastic trim (rail pads). bodies, door handles, etc.). The only exceptions I can think of are TRD SPORT and X-Runner which come with body colored mirrors. Like the vast majority of Tacomas, my 2008 TRD Offroad comes standard with unpainted black plastic side mirrors, and I assumed the "flat black" description meant it would be the same texture/color as my mirror. HOWEVER, this mirror is shinier/shinier black than the factory mirror. Apparently this mirror is painted in the color of the truck body. To be honest the difference isn't that noticeable and depending on how picky you are you might not care (I chose to install it and learn to live with it rather than send it back). But now I have side mirrors that don't quite line up. If that bothers you, don't buy this mirror. What confused me the most was the description, I think I should have researched more.
