Don't worry about it
Nothing works properly at first. Wi-Fi is absolute bullshit, nothing streams or streams in anything other than standard definition. Every aspect of the apps is stuttering and not loading properly. I had such high hopes for this device that I doubt anything would be pretty to look at. I ended up reconnecting the Fire Box Gen 1 and it's light years away from this thing. There are much better products out there for 1/4 the price. I can't imagine how others rated this over 1 star. On the other hand, the Bluetooth keyboard remote control worked great, I can use one of those, hence the 1 with a star.
